PartyGaming sees profit sky rocket

Online gaming company PartyGaming reported their earnings over 2008. They reported an annual earning of 90,2 million pounds, which is a rise of more than 55 percent over 2007. Chief executive Jim Ryan said: “PartyGaming’s business model was “flexible and robust” and able “to generate strong cash flow.”
PartyGaming’s net revenue for the year 2008 grew to 344,33 million pounds and earnings per share grew 55 percent to 18,13 cents. PartyGaming said that although overall earnings went up, poker earnings went down because of heavy competition and currency fluctuations.
