The name ‘blackjack‘ was given in the United States of America, and refers to the highest card combination in the game, which is also called blackjack. A player has a real blackjack when the first two cards he gets dealt are a jack of spades or a jack of clubs and an ace.

Blackjack is a really simplistic card game to learn, and does not require a lot of effort to understand. It just is a little bit more difficult to get the hang of blackjack well. When you are playing blackjack in a casino, you will be playing against the dealer. When you are playing online blackjack, the dealer is a computer.

The main goal of blackjack is to try to get cards with a total value of 21 points, or as much points up to 21 as you can get with either 2 or more cards. The aces in the game have either a value of 1 or 11 points. Face cards are worth 10 points each, and all other cards are worth the same value as their card shows. And when a player surrenders, he takes back half of his bet back and gives the other half to the dealer. A player can not surrender when he is bust of course.
